The Town of Warwick Planning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2020 @7:30 pm will be held remotely via Webex.
Below are the instructions and button to connect. You will be asked to download the Webex app to your computer.
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CALL, everyone will be muted during the Pledge of Allegiance (to avoid feedback, etc.). After the Pledge, only those people speaking will be unmuted. To comply with NYS requirements during COVID-19, this Webex call will be recorded and it will pick up any background noise. There was some background noise during the last meeting and the only way to avoid that is to have everyone not speaking at that time be muted. There are no public hearings during this meeting. I will introduce a “hand raising feature” that will allow people to speak during the “Privilege of the Floor for Agenda Items,” which is near the end of the meeting.
Comments from the ARB or Conservation Board should follow the typical protocol where written comments on the agenda are emailed to Connie after the workshop and before the planning board meeting.

If you are having trouble getting your computer to get connected OR you can see the meeting but you can not hear the meeting, you can use the phone number below to call in for voice only. The recording will be available on the Town’s webpage (lower right-hand corner) and local channel 21.
