ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE W ARWICK FIRE DISTRICT
DECEMBER 10, 2019
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election of the Warwick Fire District will take place on December 10, 2019, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Warwick Fire Station located at 25 Church Street, Warwick, New York, 10990, for the purpose of electing one fire district commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing on January 1, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2024. All duly registered residents of the Warwick Fire District shall be eligible to vote. Individuals wishing to vote must have resided in the Warwick Fire District for at least thirty (30) days preceding the election and must have registered to vote with the Orange County Board of Elections on or before November 18, 2019. Note: By the provisions of Town Law, Section 176(7), any person wishing to be a candidate for a Fire District Office shall file their interest as a candidate for a specific office of fire commissioner by submitting their name in petition form subscribed by twenty-five (25) qualified voters of the district, with the Secretary of the Warwick Fire District at 25 Church Street, Warwick, New York, 10990 no later than November 20, 2019.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Fire Commissioners, at the annual election of the qualified voters of the Warwick Fire District in the Town of Warwick, County of Orange, State of New York, will be held at the firehouse located at 25 Church Street, Warwick, New York 10990 on the 10th day of December, 2019, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to vote on whether to approve the following resolution adopted by such Board of Fire Commissioners:

RESOLUTION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A TYPE CAPITAL RESERVE FUND:
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE WARWICK FIRE DISTRICT, TOWN OF WARWICK, ORANGE COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE “DISTRICT”), AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CAPITAL RESERVE FUND FOR THE ACQUISITION AND/OR MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT, TO BE CALLED THE “EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND”
duly adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners of said Fire District on the 4th day of November 2019, be approved?
All persons registered to vote in the district and residing in the district for at least thirty days prior to the day of the vote may vote in such special election.
