PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Warwick will hold a public hearing at 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, New York, on June 22, 2023 at 7:15 P.M. to afford all interested parties the opportunity to be heard regarding Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2023 entitled Amending Chapter 164 pertaining to the definition of Commercial Solar, Cannabis Dispensary Overlay District and Campground definitions of reporting requirements.
