NOTICE TO BID
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Warwick, will receive sealed
bids at the Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, NY for the following: Proposals for unit prices to perform emergency repairs as a result of storm conditions for the Town of Warwick.
Specifications for the bids may be emailed to you upon request or printed at townofwarwick.org. All sealed bids must be received by December 19, 2023 by 2:00pm at which time these proposals will be opened and read.
All bidding shall be subject to the provisions of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, as amended, and the Town Board reserves the right to accept a proposal that it considers to be in the best interest of the Town of Warwick.
