PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing introduced on March 9, 2023 and adopted on April 27, 2023 The Town Board duly enacted Local Law No. 2 of 2023 entitled “Amend Chapter 129, Short Term Rentals” by replacing the entire Chapter. A complete copy of Local Law No. 2 of 2023 is available for inspection at the Town Clerks office or HERE.
