NOTICE OF ADOPTION TOWN OF WARWICK LOCAL LAW No.8 of 2023
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing introduced on October 26, 2023 and
adopted on November 30, 2023 The Town Board duly enacted Local Law No. 8 of 2023 entitled “Petition for an Amendment to Chapter 164 (Zoning Law) Creating a Sandfordville Road Senior Housing District and other Minot modifications”. A complete copy of Local Law No. 8 of 2023 is available for inspection at the Town Clerks office or at townofwarwick.org.
