NOTICE OF ADOPTION TOWN OF WARWICK
AMENDED LOCAL LAW No.6 of 2023
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing introduced on September 14, 2023, and adopted on October 12, 2023, the Town Board duly enacted Local Law No. 6 of 2023 entitled, “FORMING A SPECIAL DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 12-A OF TOWN LAW, ENTITLED “CREATE HILLSIDE WATER DISTRICT.” On November 9, 2023, the Town Board amended Local Law No. 6 of 2023 adding SBL# 55-1-92.1 to the Hillside Water District. A complete copy of the amended Local Law No. 6 of 2023 is available for inspection at the Town Clerks office or at townofwarwick.org.
The aforementioned resolution shall become final unless within thirty (30) days from this publication a petition protesting the order and requesting a referendum, signed and acknowledged by at least five percent (5%) of the owners of the taxable real property or one hundred such owners, whichever is the lesser, within the proposed district shall have been filed with the Town Clerk, Town of Warwick.
