LOCAL LAW No.5 of 2024
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a being introduced at a Town Board meeting on June 27, 2024 and a public hearing being held on August 8, 2024, The Town Board duly enacted Local Law No. 5 of 2024 entitled Amend Town Code to include a parcel of real property, section 8 block 2 lot 8.2 within the Agricultural Protection Overlay District on August 22, 2024. A complete copy of Local Law No. 5 of 2024 is available for inspection at the Town Clerks office or at townofwarwick.org.
