PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Warwick will hold a public hearing pursuant to Not-for-Profit Corporation Law Section § 1411 to consider the sale of Town property identified as Lot 1 on filed Map No.202-19 to the Warwick Valley Local Development Corporation, as the Town has determined that the use of such property is not required by the Town. Said hearing to be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matter be heard at the Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, NY.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
