PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Warwick will hold a Public Hearing on December 2, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, New York, on the application of RTT Associates/Ted Edwards, for the application for Final Approval of a proposed 3-Lot subdivision, situated on tax parcel S 40 B 1 L 97; parcel located on the northern side of Onderdonk Road 250 feet east of Acorn Drive (90 Onderdonk Road), in the RU zone, of the Town of Warwick, County of Orange, State of New York.
All interested parties will be given an opportunity to speak. Please take notice that due to the Covid-19 virus, the meeting may be held by a virtual WebEx meeting. The Town’s website should be reviewed prior to the meeting, and if it is to be held by virtual Zoom, instructions on how to participate in the meeting will be posted on the Town’s website.
