Warwick Residents:

The Town’s many parks remain open with the exception of any playground equipment in the parks. We are blessed with large open area parks perfectly designed for you to bring your family, keep safe distance from other groups and just enjoy the natural beauty of our Town. Our parks are open from dawn to dusk so please enjoy, respect the space of others, keep your dogs leashed and the men and women of our police department will be visible for your safety.
We also have the beautiful Appalachian Trail running thru our Town, the walkway at the Federal Wallkill Preserve accessed off of Oil City Road, OCLT Fuller Preserve and several Audubon properties.
There are kayak launches set up in Wickham Woodlands park and at the launch in the Village of Greenwood Lake across from the Legion.
This is a good time to spend time with your family, practice the CDC hygiene guidelines as well as “social distancing” and help a neighbor if you can, especially the elderly. If you want to volunteer call Town hall at 986-1120 x240, and we will direct you to where you can best be utilized.
Please remember all our small business here in the Town, Villages and Hamlets who are being devastated by closings. Buy a gift certificate from them, order take out if they serve food and be as supportive as you can. They are here to support our charity needs every year so let’s do what we can for them.
