We are approaching Memorial Day and there will be many opportunities to pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice defending our freedoms. The day starts with a mass at 8 am at St. Stanislaus Church in Pine Island followed by a parade at 8:45 am. A parade kicks off in the Village of Warwick at 11 am from Village Hall, with stops at Warwick Cemetery and St. Stephens Cemetery. The day ends with a parade in the Village of Florida at 2 pm and a ceremony at the American Legion Post in the Village of Greenwood Lake also at 2 pm.
